The Group EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) Production and Warehouse Manager role takes responsibility for EPS assembly production, and the management of the company's construction divisions resources including tool, equipment and fleet management. This role will assist Projects teams with these resources, facilitating efficient and timely allocation and use. The Group EPS Production and Warehouse Manager acts as the primary operational interface with the Group's Central Procurement, Shipment & Logistics function. The role is responsible for defining, forecasting, and validating production and project demand; coordinating receipt, allocation, and utilization of procured goods; This role ensures that centrally procured materials, tools, equipment, and assemblies are effectively deployed to support production, retail sales growth, and project execution. Formal education in management or similar. Experience and certification in the operation and maintenance of EPS production equipment is an absolute requirement. It is envisaged that no one with less than 5 years' experience in a similar position would qualify for this role. Solid computer literacy skills essential. Specific experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Corel Draw or similar, and estimating practices using Excel or bespoke estimating software are a requirement. The role will be expected to have or be willing to learn proficiency in several in-house programs including Quickbooks, Kojo and EPS Cutting Software.
