Perio Health Bermuda is seeking a friendly, reliable Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to support monthly periodontal and oral surgery clinics. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates well, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Key Duties and Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing check-in/check-out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, updating patient records, providing clear pre- and post-op information, managing digital forms, assisting with insurance verification, and supporting smooth patient flow during weekend surgical clinics.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of customer service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new software. Professionalism and reliability, as well as comfort working weekends, are essential. Preferred qualifications include dental or medical office experience, familiarity with dental terminology, and experience with software like Oryx or Open Dental.
