On behalf of our client, Bermuda Cleaning Ltd., we are seeking a reliable and experienced Operations Coordinator to join their dedicated team. Bermuda Cleaning Ltd. provides high quality cleaning, janitorial, and carpet care services to both commercial and residential clients. We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail oriented individual who takes pride in their work and can effectively manage operational responsibilities with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain daily and weekly service schedules for jobs and crews Communicate effectively with clients to ensure work is completed accurately and on time. Maintain strong communication with management to ensure processes remain organized, efficient, and professional. Build and develop client relationships while managing routine responsibilities and engagements. Optimize the use of workers and resources for maximum efficiency. Respond promptly to scheduling and service issues, identifying problems and recommending process improvements. Utilize software to generate reports and schedules; ensure company objectives are achieved and deadlines are met. Demonstrate eagerness to learn new skills and accept new assignments as required. Participate in rotation of duties and responsibilities. Assist the Accounts Administrator when necessary. Adapt quickly to unforeseen issues by reallocating resources and ensuring jobs are handled effectively. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience and/or an associate's degree in management or related discipline. Proven experience in scheduling and operations management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to create and analyze reports. Working knowledge of QuickBooks. Customer service-oriented with familiarity in HR processes related to payroll and employee benefits. Additional Requirements Flexible with scheduling; available for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays. Reliable, professional, punctual, trustworthy, and courteous. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
