Lead and manage all pharmacy and non-pharmacy staff and departments, ensuring high performance and operational efficiency. Drive prescription and non-prescription store revenue growth while implementing cost-saving measures to optimize profitability. Dispense medications and provide expert patient counselling. Ensure a safe, clean, and professional working environment. Oversee all Monitored Dose System, Medication Therapy Management and Chronic Disease Management services Maintain compliance with all professional and regulatory CPD (Continuing Professional Development) requirements. Work flexibly, including shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required. Master's in pharmacy from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a retail pharmacy environment. Proven track record of successfully managing teams, increasing revenue, and reducing costs in a retail pharmacy setting. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and effectively manage time and resources. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in pharmacy-related IT systems and general business software.

Requirements

Master's in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
