Efficiency Ltd., Bermuda's leading provider of HVAC sales, installation, and service, is seeking a Client Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Conducting site visits to assess customer needs and recommend practical, cost-effective HVAC solutions Working closely with clients follow-up to ensure satisfaction Forge relationships with architects, engineers, interior designers to create, manage, and see projects through from design to completion Assess budgets and cost management per contract Building, managing, and maintaining strong long-term customer relationships Sustaining a high level of customer satisfaction and regularly gauging client feedback Expanding market presence by securing new customers and increasing the range of products and services sold Preparing forward-looking business development forecasts Collaborating effectively within a team environment and supporting business development across different divisions Taking an active role alongside other Efficiency Ltd. team members to ensure client satisfaction and quality control Clearly and accurately communicating project progress to Management and the Administrative Team confirming in a timely manner Maintaining strong working relationships with Operations and Field personnel, including follow-up on all leads Continuously improving industry knowledge through training, seminars, and self-development 5-7 years of proven business development experience, within the construction industry Knowledge of HVAC systems is essential Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to generate, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships Valid Bermuda driver's license and reliable transportation Efficiency is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace. Pre-employment drug testing may be required for successful candidates.
