Our client is a leader in their industry based in Bermuda's local business sector. They have an exciting opportunity for a diligent and energetic individual to join their company as Business Operations Manager. This in-office multi-functional executive leadership role is well suited for an individual with at least 5-years' experience in Bermuda as a Human Resources Manager, Compliance Officer, and Operations Manager. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage employees, provide executive support, and vendor coordination while driving organizational efficiencies, promoting a professional office culture and ensuring HR, PIPA and AML Compliance. This role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, discreet, trustworthy, excellent soft skills, solution-oriented and capable of handling sensitive matters with utmost professionalism and confidentiality. The Business Operations Manager (BOM) shall work closely with Executive Management and business units on strategic planning, cost management, development and execution of best business practices. Candidate Requirements: • University degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years HR management level experience, preferably in hospitality, insurance, financial services, or international business environments. • Compliance experience with Bermuda PIPA, AML/ATF requirements. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Use Ai within safe business parameters. • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and be on-call for emergencies. • Employee has valid Bermuda driver's license and own car.
