The MarketPlace Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced supermarket leader with a passion for customer service, operational excellence, and team development. Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment that operates seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays? If so, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing. Drive sales, control expenses, and ensure profitable performance. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high associate morale. Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team. Manage store inventory, merchandising, and product displays. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and community partners. Support and participate in company-wide and community events. Required Qualifications: Minimum of three (3) years of proven supermarket management experience Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and POS systems Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive KPIs Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and perform hands-on store duties Passion for food, service, and the retail grocery environment Why Join The MarketPlace?
