As the Senior IT Support Administrator, you will support the operations of Coralisle Group Ltd. by ensuring that all computer systems, workstations, hardware and software under the control of CG are adequately maintained and functioning. You will also ensure that all IT related incidents and requests are addressed promptly and according to best practices. Duties include managing help desk requests, configuring workstations, setting up new users, troubleshooting hardware/software, maintaining inventory, and providing IT training to staff.

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent; CompTIA Certifications: A+, Network+, Internet+, Server+, Security+ etc.; Microsoft Certification in Azure, SharePoint, AVD, Microsoft 365 an asset; Knowledge of server and desktop operating systems; Experience with IP based (VOIP) telephony and networking equipment.
