Foundry Insurance Services Ltd. is a newly established, Bermuda-based centralised management platform for the life and annuity sector, dedicated to providing investment, risk, and capital management services to the insurance industry. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasury and Operations Manager supports senior management in all aspects of the Company's treasury, collateral management and office functions. Key responsibilities include facilitating cash movements, supporting Treasury management system implementation, monitoring liquidity positions, and managing global Treasury operations including payments, collections, and cash accounting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar preferred; Minimum of 5 years of recent (re)insurance industry treasury or cash management operations experience; Experience in the life (re)insurance industry and international treasury advantageous; Experience working with banking portals and custody investment reporting systems; Experience in accounting advantageous; Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and treasury software; Willingness to work outside normal business hours as required.
