On behalf of our client, ASW Law Limited (‘ASW’) we are seeking a specialized tax lawyer to head up our newly established Tax Group. ASW is recognized internationally as one of the leading corporate practices in Bermuda. ASW is regularly instructed by leading law firms throughout the world and its attorneys bring to their practices wide-ranging experience of sophisticated legal practice. The successful applicant will have the unique opportunity to assist in building a new practice area whilst assisting with the continuing development of the Firm and its other areas of practice.

Requirements

At least 7 years PQE, ideally with a City of London background or equivalent. High level corporate tax experience, handling both transactional advisory and tax disputes work. Extensive experience in the financial services sector. Excellent academics and a strong track record of success.
