We are looking for a Regional Compliance Officer who will provide support on both the compliance and governance duties and responsibilities for the Monument entities based in Bermuda. Key responsibilities include compliance oversight (maintaining framework in accordance with Insurance Act 1978, monitoring regulatory updates, assist with filings), corporate governance support (board and committee activities), and risk/internal control support.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a compliance, governance, or regulatory role within the Bermuda insurance sector. Strong understanding of AML/ATF and data protection. Knowledge of Insurance Act, Economic Substance Act, PIPA. Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification. Professional certification in compliance, risk, or insurance to diploma level. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
