Collas Crill Bermuda Limited is seeking a qualified attorney admitted to practice in Bermuda or another qualifying common law jurisdiction to join as Counsel. The successful candidate will have at least five years' post-admission experience with a top tier litigation practice, focusing on complex commercial litigation. Applicants must have a demonstrable track record of managing litigation for shareholders in merger appraisal litigation with a high degree of effectiveness and independence. The Applicant must also have experience in cross-border proceedings including liquidations and restructurings. The role involves supporting and contributing to the growth of the firm's new Bermuda office. The successful applicant will be a resourceful team player with strong technical legal knowledge and excellent drafting skills. They will be client-focused and service-oriented, with excellent client facing abilities. The applicant must be capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships and generating new business. They will also support partners in delivering high-quality client service, while providing effective supervision, guidance, and support when applicable and required to other team members to develop their skills, delegate work appropriately, and ensure effective management and oversight.
