Island Employment Partners Ltd. is seeking a professional and service-oriented individual for an exciting long-term secondment opportunity with one of our valued corporate clients in the Re/ Insurance sector. As the Workplace Services Coordinator you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic corporate environment, providing dedicated workplace and operational support while contributing to a positive and seamless employee and visitor experience. Key responsibilities include screening calls, front of house experience, hospitality/catering coordination, supply management, mail sorting, resolving schedule conflicts, reporting operational issues, maintenance coordination, production of management information, and financial management of office expenses.

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing day-to-day workplace or office operations within a professional corporate environment. Background in workplace experience, office coordination, executive hospitality, corporate reception, or guest services. Demonstrable experience with improving efficiency and effectiveness of workplace processes. Experience using Microsoft 365 and workplace management systems. Strong front-of-house presence with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
