Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with our commercial property/casualty insurance clients as well as large and high-risk home insurance clients including overseeing new business and renewals. Other duties will include, but not be limited to, participating in client functions and undertaking administrative and clerical work to support the primary duties, as well as project work across the Coralisle Group of Companies as required. Duties include: coordinate policy renewals, meet with clients to review coverage, monitor renewal retention, achieve new business sales targets, negotiate terms and conditions, log sales activity in Salesforce, draft amendments, and prepare policy documentation.

Requirements

Underwriting Designation (i.e. CPCU, ACII) preferred, or proven progress towards its completion, or a minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience in a Property and Casualty insurance company providing general insurance to personal and commercial clients. A strong customer service background is essential.
