The CIT Supervisor manages the ATM network and team operations, ensuring security protocols, scheduling, performance management, and timely reporting are upheld while overseeing cash logistics and procedural compliance. This position reports to the Assistant Vice President, Main Cash Vault/CIT, and is responsible for the supervision of the daily operations of the Bank’s Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) network and the Administration and Cash in Transit (CIT) Team. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 40-hours a week, on-call which includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

Five years’ work experience in a financial institute, including experience supervising or managing teams. A minimum of three years’ experience in handling large cash volumes. A minimum of five years’ experience working in a security environment. Good mathematical and computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills. Strong organisation and analytical skills, with the ability to think logically or find creative solutions. Ability to effectively communicate and escalate issues when appropriate. Capability of maintaining a high level of service, confidentiality, and discretion. Ability to travel internationally. Capacity to work outside of normal working hours when required. Valid heavy truck driving license, with the ability to lift heavy items. Knowledge of ATMs would be an advantage.
