As an Aviation Support Worker, you'll take on a multi-faceted role that offers exposure to various aspects of airline operations at BermudAir's home base, LF Wade International Airport. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to contribute to our mission of maintaining compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards while providing exceptional customer service. Shift working is required in order to meet the needs of our operating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Take part in daily ground operations ensuring all essential services and procedures required to prepare an aircraft for departure are delivered, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with the standards of the airline and it's regulators. Assist in catering operations, ensuring timely preparation, loading, and unloading of catering carts. Provide outstanding customer support during check-in and boarding processes. Collaborate with various airport teams to ensure smooth and reliable operations. Work with suppliers and partners, upholding BermudAir's safety and operational expectations at the airport. Promote a culture of safety and compliance among all ground operations personnel. Address inquiries and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Support seamless service delivery during irregular operations through effective coordination and communication. Identify opportunities for performance improvement and assist in implementing strategies. Minimum of 2 years of experience in airport/airline ground operations including ramp services, baggage handling, catering, and passenger services. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability under pressure. Knowledge of regulatory standards for airport ground operations. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Proven ability to foster a culture of safety and operational excellence within the aviation sector. Must possess a clean police record, as robust police vetting is essential for this role.
