Our Summer Internship Programme is an exciting opportunity to gain practical, on-the-job experience and work with experts in the financial services industry. This programme is an opportunity to cultivate essential business skills, knowledge, and build connections. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting research, analysis, and completion of assigned projects aimed at enhancing overall knowledge and skills Proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback Participating in training as assigned to develop business skills and knowledge Providing support for internal and community events. Handling data responsibly Producing high-quality work to present to key business leaders Upholding Butterfield's code of conduct and ethics Involvement in community projects Your qualifications and skills: Pursuing a university degree Willingness to learn about the finance industry and grow in this field of business Flexibility with handling and prioritising multiple tasks Proven ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and concisely - verbally and in written materials Demonstrate positivity, curiosity, and the capability to embrace different points of view and new learning opportunities. Show initiative and build relationships as a team player
