The position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources and is responsible for providing HR Generalist support to the full HR function. Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of the employee life cycle, preparing immigration applications, advising management and employees, consulting on employment activity requests, managing workplace concerns, supporting HR initiatives, assisting with policy development, maintaining HR reports, and ensuring compliance with employee documentation.

Requirements

University degree in Human Resources or Business with three years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the Financial Services industry. Track record of leading HR projects, ability to address Employee Relations matters, experience with Immigration applications, knowledge of local employment legislation, strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
