The position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources is responsible for providing HR Generalist support to the full HR function. Responsibilities include coordinating employee life cycle processes, preparing immigration applications, providing HR policy advice, consulting on employment activity requests, managing employee relations concerns, supporting HR initiatives, reviewing HR policies, maintaining HR reports, and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.

Requirements

University degree in Human Resources or Business with three years’ experience in a similar role, or equivalent, preferably in the Financial Services industry. Experience in leading HR projects, addressing Employee Relations matters, handling Immigration applications, knowledge of local employment legislation, and excellent communication skills are required.
