Experienced Head Chef to manage kitchen operations for a Café and Catering business. Responsibilities include training and motivating staff, developing menus, managing food costs, catering client management, and ensuring sanitation. Must be able to run the business in the owners' absence and maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation. Requires full knowledge of Mediterranean and International cuisine including pasta and pizza.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years experience. Knowledge of Mediterranean and International Cuisine. Computer skills required. Two (2) written employment references and resume must be submitted. Pre-employment substance-abuse screening required. Ability to work 6 days per week from 6am-6pm, Sundays and holidays.
