BermudAir is seeking a skilled Chief Executive Assistant to join our Senior Leadership Team. This pivotal role involves ensuring the effective execution of strategic initiatives and high-profile communications, with the opportunity to travel for important meetings and events. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership partnership, elevated communication management, project leadership and execution, executive meeting facilitation, and strategic relationship management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. Extensive experience supporting C-Suite executives. Superior organizational and strategic time-management capabilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in advanced office software (MS Office, MS Project, Notion). High emotional intelligence and leadership skills. Willingness and capability to travel frequently.
