This position provides high-level secretarial and administrative support to Partners, Associates, and other fee earners within the Property practice group. The successful candidate will be an experienced Property Legal Secretary with exceptional organizational, communication, and client service skills. The candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal and property-related processes, demonstrate sound judgment, and be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.

Requirements

A minimum of five years' experience providing senior-level legal secretarial support, including at least three years of recent experience within a Property or Real Estate legal practice. Strong understanding of legal documentation, conveyancing processes, property transactions, land title registration, and law firm administrative procedures. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with legal practice management systems such as 3E, InTapp, Nexl, iManage, and ViewPoint.
