Digicel is seeking an experienced and commercially driven leader to join our team as Group Head of Wholesale. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across Digicel Business operations locally and internationally while transforming the wholesale sales organization into a highly skilled, consultative team focused on large-scale international contracts and advanced ICT solutions. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of commercial strategies that support business growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and position Digicel as a leader in telecommunications and ICT services.

Requirements

Minimum of 15 years' experience in commercial management, business development, and leadership roles within international organizations. Bachelor's degree required; MBA would be an advantage. Proven track record of leading commercial performance, customer development, strategic initiatives, and team leadership across multiple markets. Experience leading change initiatives, managing stakeholders, and delivering operational improvements within international business environments. Demonstrated success managing large multi-million-dollar negotiations across infrastructure, data centre, and subsea systems. Strong commercial and strategic business acumen within telecommunications, wholesale, or ICT services. Experience in advanced connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, or international wholesale markets. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
