The Oncology Clinical Manager is responsible for the effective clinical operational management, coordination, and delivery of Oncology services, including radiation therapy operations, workforce coordination, service improvement, and operational development initiatives. The successful candidate will provide clinical operational leadership to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of oncology services while promoting patient safety, continuous service improvement, and compliance with BCHC standards, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and recognised international best practices.

Requirements

A degree or recognised professional qualification in Radiation Therapy, Oncology, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related healthcare discipline. Eligibility for professional registration/licensure in Bermuda. A minimum of ten (10) years’ post-qualification clinical experience in oncology, radiation therapy, or a related specialist healthcare environment. Demonstrated clinical leadership and management experience within oncology services or a comparable specialist healthcare environment. Strong knowledge of oncology workflows, treatment pathways, clinical governance, and evidence-based healthcare practices. Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into operational outcomes.
