Our client, Bermuda Microsystems Group Ltd., is seeking a motivated and client-focused Technical Account Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while driving business growth. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of client accounts, building trusted partnerships, identifying opportunities to expand services, and ensuring clients receive maximum value from the company's solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Drive revenue growth across multiple technology brands (Dell, Apple, Lenovo, Xerox, DocuWare, and more).
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that translate technology into real business value.
Build and execute account plans and technology roadmaps.
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities - and turn them into closed business.
Act as the trusted advisor to decision-makers (not just IT contacts).
Reduce churn by staying ahead of issues and continuously delivering value.
Work cross-functionally with service and project teams to ensure execution matches expectations.

Requirements

5+ years in technical sales, account management, or solution consulting.
Must have Certified Sales Professional designation.
At least two years' experience selling cybersecurity solutions.
Deep knowledge of Fortinet products and solutions.
Proven ability to grow accounts and hit revenue targets.
Strong commercial instinct - you understand business, not just technology.
Confidence presenting to business leaders and decision-makers.
Ability to translate complex technology into clear, actionable recommendations.
Experience working across multiple vendors or solution stacks is a strong advantage.
