Applicants must have at least 3 years proven experience in the Commercial Cleaning & Building Services Contracting industry, including but not limited to: Carpet, Upholstery & Drapery Cleaning and Deodorization, Hard Floor Maintenance & Reconditioning, Water, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, all aspects of general Residential and Commercial Cleaning, and the proper and safe use of all related equipment and materials. The necessary physical fitness is required to carry out a broad range of services. Applicants should be prepared to work irregular hours, i.e., nights, weekends, shifts, Public Holidays and emergency callouts.
Requirements
At least 3 years proven experience in the Commercial Cleaning & Building Services Contracting industry; physical fitness; own transportation; neat personal appearance; trustworthy, reliable, and punctual; Police Record Certificate.
