TreeHouse Property Maintenance is seeking reliable and trustworthy individuals for the position of Landscape Gardener. Responsibilities include lawn mowing (including push mower), trimming trees, palm trees and hedges, raking, blowing, weeding and cleaning gardens, planting of flower plans and shrubs, removal of trash and debris, yard grading and leveling, creating and maintaining flower beds, and more. The successful applicant must maintain machines daily and perform regular maintenance to ensure safety and upkeep of equipment. There is a zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol.

Requirements

3 years proven experience and ability to work with limited supervision. Knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of gardening and soft/hard landscaping. Knowledge and experience in the operation of a wide range of tools and machinery used in the trade. Must have own transportation and valid driver's licence (or ability and willingness to obtain). References and background will be checked.
