ABM Limited requires an experienced Senior Controls Technician for its controls installation and service division. The role involves programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of DDC and industrial PLC control systems in both commercial and industrial environments. Key duties include planning installations with electricians, interpreting electrical drawings, supervising staff, and communicating with clients and other trades.
Requirements
Electrical or instrumentation technician with minimum of two years' supervisory experience. Minimum four years' experience of troubleshooting electromechanical systems in industrial and commercial facilities. Minimum four years' experience with programming and maintenance of DDC and PLC control systems. Working knowledge of chilled water systems, AHU's, VAV's, VFD's, switchgear and generators. Strong Computer skills with experience using MS Office programs. Must be willing to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays. Clean driving record and license to operate a small truck.
