Key responsibilities include qualifying prospects, making effective sales presentations, addressing questions and objections, managing quotes to close sales, and supporting the development of junior staff. The role involves appraising and surveying mechanical systems, interpreting drawings, and training staff on project surveying and pricing.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years' experience in a technical sales role with knowledge of a wide range of HVAC and mechanical systems. Ability to read, interpret, and apply mechanical drawings and electrical schematic diagrams. Excellent report writing and presentation skills. Ability to read and interpret Bermuda governmental regulations. Must be able to access plant rooms, rooftops, and ceiling spaces. Valid Bermuda Driver's license required. Willingness to travel to site visits.
