The senior maintenance/carpenter will plan and coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations of properties of residential and commercial clients. Duties will include but are not limited to construct, erect, install, maintain and repair structures made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials; build wood foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect wall and roof systems. Must be able to handle heavy physical workload and willing to work overtime and during holidays and weekends.

Requirements

Successful candidates must have at least 5 years of work experience as a carpenter. Must have the ability to handle heavy physical workload; comfortable working at heights and ladder work; and has the ability to do drywall repairs.
