On behalf of our client, All Around Maintenance, we are seeking to fill the following positions. Carpenter(s): Successful applicants must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in all aspects of the carpentry industry. Must be able to work in workshop and produce high quality custom work and finish work. Must be capable of interpreting drawings to fabricate sash windows, French doors, base boards, crown moldings, staircases, arched door frames, curved handrails, cabinets etc. Pitch roof, formwork, fur out ceilings and install millwork. Mason(s): Candidates must have at least 5 years’ proven work experience, ability to complete all forms of masonry and associated maintenance relative to the position. Being physically fit as considerable lifting of heavy materials with much bending is required.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in respective trades. Masons must submit a police report. Employment references will be verified.
