Pillar is seeking a Compliance & Tax Analyst to support the Compliance team with the firm’s compliance program, regulatory filings, AML/KYC controls, investor documentation, tax reporting, and CRM data processes. The role will support the firm’s insurance manager, insurance broker, and private funds, with regulatory filings, tax reporting obligations, Bermuda CIT monitoring, FATCA/CRS reporting, CRM data management, compliance program monitoring, AML/KYC reviews, AML audit support, and maintaining compliance records and evidence. The role will report to the AVP Tax & Compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, law, compliance, risk management, or a related discipline. 2–5 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, tax reporting, fund administration, or financial services. Tax reporting exposure (IRS tax filings, FATCA/CRS) and Bermuda regulatory exposure (BMA rules) are assets. Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACA) or compliance training (ICA, ACAMS) strongly preferred. Strong Excel skills (macros, VBA). Ability to work overtime is required from time to time.
