L & M Holdings Ltd. is seeking various hospitality and kitchen staff for the 2027 season. Roles include Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Captain/Maitre'd, Waiter/Waitress, Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Chef & Demi Chef, Sushi Chefs, Pastry Chef / Baker, Vegan-Vegetarian / Paleo Chef, Pizza Chef, and Kitchen Assistants. All positions involve shift work including weekends, evenings, late nights, and public holidays in a busy restaurant environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years of experience depending on role. Must be willing to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays. Drug-free workplace; testing and a police clearance certificate may be required. Proven track record and good communication skills are essential.
