The Reefs is looking for friendly, dynamic individuals to join and enhance our team for the 2027 Season. We are hiring for multiple positions including Chefs de Parties, Senior Chef De Parties, Captain, Food and Beverage Servers, Hotel Maintenance Supervisors, Hotel Maintenance Technicians, Massage Therapists, Sports/ Medical Massage Therapists/Personal Trainers, and Beauty Therapists. Applicants must be able to offer outstanding customer service and be flexible to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

Specific requirements vary by role; generally requires 2-4 years of experience in the respective field, relevant certifications or education (e.g., culinary arts, international massage certificate, vocational training for maintenance), and the ability to work in a high-volume hospitality environment.
