The Motorcycle Technician reports to the Shop Owner/Service Manager and is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles to the highest standards of quality and safety. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, excellent documentation practices, and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and administrative staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience and efficient workshop operations.
