We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our store and help deliver outstanding customer service. This role assists the Store Manager in overseeing staff, maintaining merchandising standards, managing inventory, scheduling employees, and ensuring smooth store operations. Key Responsibilities include assisting with opening/closing, supervising associates, managing inventory, preparing schedules/payroll, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years of proven retail or supervisory experience; Availability to work weekends and public holidays; Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and POS systems; Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive KPIs; Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform hands-on store duties; Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts.
