Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your designated section of the kitchen. You will ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency while supporting menu planning, training junior staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in an upscale/fine dining environment; Proven ability to be creative in preparation of meats, poultry and fish; Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation; Understanding of food safety and allergy protocols; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with long periods of standing
