The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Bermuda, visiting prospective customers, introducing products and services, and building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. The role will involve meeting with business owners, managers, purchasing teams, and facility personnel, following up on leads and inquiries, conducting regular customer visits, identifying new customer needs, preparing accurate quotations, communicating pricing and product information professionally, and promoting new products and solutions. The successful candidate will also coordinate customer orders and liaise with the office team regarding deliveries and special requirements, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, meet or exceed established sales targets, and consistently represent the company in a professional manner while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
Minimum of two years of experience in outside sales, account management, business development, or a related sales position. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Reliable transportation and a valid Bermuda driver's license are preferred. Basic computer, email, and administrative skills. Must submit a current police clearance certificate and subject to drug testing.
