Deep expertise in cloud native platforms, CI/CD, and scalable infrastructure supporting mission critical, regulated environments. Demonstrated success addressing highly complex and ambiguous technical challenges with organization-wide impact. Strong history of driving engineering excellence, security, reliability, and governance across multiple teams and domains. Ability to translate complex technical strategy into clear business value for executives and senior stakeholders. Experienced mentor and coach to senior engineers and technical leaders. Experience in reinsurance accounting and reserving, with actuarial experience in reserves analysis, loss projections, and financial reconciliations would be advantageous.
