BCM Construction Limited is seeking applications for Commercial Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Services Manager positions. The Commercial Manager is responsible for financial management, quantity surveyors, bidding, and contract execution. The Quantity Surveyor manages project finances, subcontracts, and budget reporting. The Services Manager oversees mechanical/electrical works, MEP commissioning, and quality control on construction sites.
Requirements
Commercial Manager: R.I.C.S. qualification, 3+ years in similar position plus 7+ years as Quantity Surveyor. Quantity Surveyor: R.I.C.S. qualification or degree in quantity surveying, 5+ years experience. Services Manager: Formal qualifications in mechanical/electrical disciplines, engineering degree preferred, 5+ years experience in similar position. All roles require computer skills and experience with commercial/industrial builds.
