Reporting to the Group Sales and Retention Manager, you will be responsible for managing and retaining CG's medical book of large key clients, including the international book of business, while providing quality service. Other duties will include, but not be limited to, undertaking administrative and clerical work to support the primary duties, as well as project work across the Coralisle Group of Companies as required.

Requirements

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a client retention or brokerage role managing a large client's portfolio. Highly motivated, deadline-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional client service. Confident public speaker with strong analytical, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Advanced computer literacy skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the local health insurance market is preferred.
