RGL is seeking a Group Accountant who will provide comprehensive accounting, financial reporting and analytical support across the ReGen Group Team. Responsibilities include managing month-end and year-end close processes, preparing monthly trial balances, ensuring reconciliations and reports are completed accurately, and assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts. The role involves managing inventory accounting, payroll tax reporting, and liaising with independent auditors. The candidate must be able to work outside normal business hours when required.

Requirements

Professional accounting designation or equivalent internationally recognised qualification is preferred (candidates pursuing a designation will be considered). Minimum five (5) years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-company or group reporting environment. Experience with inventory, payroll, and intercompany transactions is preferred. Strong working knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically advanced Excel. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
