Responsible for performing annual reviews of the fiduciary client base, ensuring completeness of administrative procedures and records, identifying potential risk areas, and generally ensuring the highest fiduciary standards are maintained. Your responsibilities will include reviewing correspondence, trust and company records, and safe custody files for compliance with the Trustees' fiduciary responsibilities, ensuring that the Trustees are not exposed to any level of risk in their duties to their fiduciary client base due to omissions or errors. Identifying potential risk areas and ensuring that the highest fiduciary standards are maintained. Ensuring high-risk cases are quickly brought to the team’s attention, and potential risks are fully understood. Assisting with the collation of documentation to close accounts, when necessary, in line with policy. Referring complex issues of judgement, ethics or compliance to management. Any related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with three to five years of Trust/Company administration experience. Making good progress in obtaining TEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) designation. General knowledge and understanding of trustees' and Directors’ responsibilities, Trust administration and relevant laws in various offshore jurisdictions. General knowledge of internal policy and procedures and legislative and regulatory compliance, in particular anti-money laundering initiatives and requirements. General knowledge of banking and accounting principles and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications with a specific emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
