Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or dashboard development, preferred background in financial services, insurance, reinsurance. Expert-level proficiency in Tableau (required); Power BI proficiency is an advantage. Demonstrated experience with relational databases, data modelling, and data source integration. Strong experience with data governance or data quality frameworks, and Microsoft Excel skills. Proven ability to gather business requirements directly from non-technical stakeholders and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions. Experience producing reporting for executive, Board, or regulatory audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience working within small, lean teams where breadth of contribution is expected. Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management. Meticulous attention to data accuracy, takes ownership of quality, not just delivery. Self-directed and delivery-oriented, follows through on commitments and flags issues early. Collaborative and approachable, builds trust with business users and technical colleagues alike.
