Ocorian is one of the largest providers of fund, corporate and private client services in the market.As Manager, you'll provide a high level of oversight throughout a varied portfolio of clients/structures in the Private Client practice.Responsibilities:Acting as the point of contact for clients and managing a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other entities, including complex or high-risk cases, per regulatory requirements.Overseeing the maintenance of accounting records and preparation of annual accounts.Ensuring the tax status of entities is maintained and the payment of any notified tax liability.Managing the billing process, reviewing billing summaries and drafting invoices.Maintaining awareness of risk exposure, ensuring Risk/Review procedures are always followed, determine the need for professional advice.Directly managing, training, and supporting junior staff.Assisting the Director with business development activities.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:A professional/relevant qualification to Diploma Level (e.g. ICSA/STEP).A minimum of 10 years' experience in Trust and Company administration/financial services environments.A comprehensive understanding and strong technical knowledge of Trust Administration, Bermuda Trust & Company Law, and the tax implications of various structures.Proven supervisory experience with the ability to effectively manage and motivate staff in a client-focused environment.Solutions-driven with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.All staff are expected to embody our core values that underpin everything that we do and that reflect the skills and behaviours we all need to be successful.
