Our client, First Class Landscaping and Maintenance requires the services of a Landscape/Hardscape Gardener/Supervisor with proven experience and knowledge of all plants, fertilizers and pesticides. Complete knowledge of gardening and landscaping, including pruning and planting of a variety of trees, shrubs, plants and grass cutting and trimming, raking, blowing, seeding, fertilizing, planting and pruning a variety of trees, shrubs and plants, weeding and cleaning gardens. Experience in both soft and hard landscape, with the ability to work with materials relevant for garden, pools, pathways and flower beds. Must have knowledge and experience in the operation of a wide range of tools and machinery used in the trade and have the ability to maintain the machines daily and to perform regular maintenance and minor repairs when necessary to ensure safety and upkeep of equipment. The Supervisors role is to manage client expectations and service standards, including scheduling to meet strict deadlines and to manage, co-ordinate and monitor the staff to ensure a strong work ethic and professional demeanour in dealing with co-workers and clients. Applicants must be reliable and fit to carry out all duties associated with the position and be able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
