We are seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Guest Experience Team Members. If you enjoy working with people from around the world and thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Responding to local and international guest inquiries (phone, email, in-person).Checking guests in and out efficiently and professionally.Assisting with Day Pass Bookings.Making room and dining reservations.Coordinating tennis and pickleball court rentals.Handling point-of-sale transactions.Managing and reconciling daily float.Providing data regarding local attractions and general information about Bermuda.What We Offer:A welcoming and supportive team environment.Opportunity to work in one of Bermuda's most scenic resort settings.Invaluable experience within the hospitality industry.
