The porter will be required to clean all areas of the kitchen, maintain an organized station and assist the chef when needed. Will clean all pots, pans and dishware during busy periods, while during quiet periods, will be required to assist in deep cleaning of the kitchen and other restaurant areas. Key Duties and Responsibilities include cleaning all areas of the kitchen, responsible for maintaining clean dish wares and stocking, and deep cleaning of restaurant areas, assisting the chef in prep when needed.

Requirements

The applicant will have past experience in a high-paced busy kitchen or restaurant. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, work well with a team, work well under pressure and multitask. The applicant must be willing to work split shifts, weekends and holidays as required.

$10000 - 20000 per week
