With a minimum of 5 years experience in all aspects of kitchen management including inventory control, ordering, costing/pricing, menu planning, staff training and assuring food and work safety. This position encompasses training, development, and evaluation of staff. The applicant will report to the head chef and deli manager. They must be neat in appearance, hard working, and self motivated. Proven experience in international cuisine is a must. Ideally the candidate will have minimum of 2 years overseas experience in a similar position. This position requires the best customer service skills, and the applicant must be courteous, friendly and punctual. References are required.

Requirements
