Responsible for overseeing housekeeping, facilities, and guest services operations across multiple properties. Working Hours include primarily 10-hour shifts (Early morning shifts: 4:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. or Overnight shifts: 8:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.).
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years' experience in hotel operations management, preferably within luxury hospitality environments. Experience with operational budgeting, staff supervision, quality control programs, and hotel management systems is required.
